Mark Milligan named inaugural skipper of Macarthur FC Bulls

He’s captained the Socceroos and was part of four World Cup campaigns, so it was no surprise that Mark Milligan got the nod to be the Macarthur FC inaugural captain. The Bulls made the announcement today, along with news that Club Menangle will be the club’s captain sponsor. Milligan, one of the most decorated Socceroos in Australian football history, will now will lead the A-League newcomers onto Campbelltown Stadium when they make their debut in late December. Young gun latest recruit of Macarthur FC Bulls

Macarthur FC’s latest recruit is young gun Antonis Martis, who has joined the club on loan from Danish Superliga side FC Midtjylland. Raised in South Western Sydney, the Cypriot Australian joins Milicic’s inaugural Bulls squad for the 2020/21 A-League season. A graduate of the FC Midtjylland academy and youth programs, Martis, 20, spent the preseason with the reigning Danish top-flight champions. The talented central midfielder amassed 42 appearances for FC Midtjylland in the Danish Youth League (Under 19). Academy sports chaplain says goodbye after eight years
