A puppet show, prizes for reading and the chance to meet Santa just in time for Christmas – there’s lots of fun, free activities for the kids at Liverpool’s libraries throughout December.
It’s a great time of year to get the kids interested in reading, said Liverpool City Mayor Ned Mannoun.
“With the summer school holidays fast approaching, this is the perfect time of year to get the kids hooked on reading,” Mayor Mannoun explained. “It’s made even easier with these fantastic activities on offer at our libraries. Your little ones will not only be entertained, but will hopefully also begin a life-long love of books.”
