The Hermitage posts impressive sales figures over 2019

Global residential property developer and home builder, Sekisui House Australia, has achieved strong sales success this year at their master planned community, The Hermitage at Gledswood Hills.

From May to August, The Hermitage recorded a 97 per cent increase in sales numbers over the same period in 2019.

Now Sekisui House is releasing earlier than scheduled a selection of 21 brand new split-level Shawood terrace homes in a precinct called Aspect as well as six detached houses.

They are located next to the future Greg Norman golf course, pictured above.

Priced from $699,000, all terrace homes in the precinct offer three well-proportioned bedrooms, integrated living zones and garage car parking.
