Global residential property developer and home builder, Sekisui House Australia, has achieved strong sales success this year at their master planned community, The Hermitage at Gledswood Hills.
From May to August, The Hermitage recorded a 97 per cent increase in sales numbers over the same period in 2019.
Now Sekisui House is releasing earlier than scheduled a selection of 21 brand new split-level Shawood terrace homes in a precinct called Aspect as well as six detached houses.
They are located next to the future Greg Norman golf course, pictured above.
“We’ve experienced consistent strong sales success and heightened levels of enquiries at The Hermitage in recent months despite COVID-19, with sales almost doubling from this time last year,’’ says Sekisui House sales and marketing director Craig Barnes.
“Buyers seem to be showing an encouraging level of confidence in the South Western Sydney market and are eager to secure property within this expanding region.
“We are constantly testing new innovations in home design and are proud to be offering our first ever split-level terrace homes in Australia,’’ Mr Barnes said.
“These uniquely designed residences offer distinct architectural diversity to the market catering to a broad demographic, whilst still being within an accessible price point for astute first homebuyers.”
Sekisui House say the new homes embody Shawood’s thoughtful design, intelligent spaces and enhanced levels of internal comfort and liveability, with designs that fit seamlessly into the surrounding environment.
Priced from $699,000, all terrace homes in the precinct offer three well-proportioned bedrooms, integrated living zones and garage car parking.
Andre Byczkov and his three children love their 4-bedroom home at The Hermitage.
“As soon as I walked into The Hermitage, I could see the level of quality and thoughtful consideration in every detail of the homes and the community,’’ he says.
“I was so impressed and had never seen anything like it within the homes we were viewing at the time. It’s also a perfect location, close to a range of facilities including shops and local schools. Our house is opposite the park, which is great for the kids, who also love the many cycle ways encouraging us to get out and be active.’’
