It’s official – five clubs hailing from NSW have won the right to represent the state in this year’s Westfield FFA Cup Round of 32 after round 7 of the preliminary stages concluded on Wednesday evening.

And one of them is our own Sydney United 58 FC, reports MARK STAVROULAKIS:

In arctic conditions at Edensor Park, Sydney United won through to its second successive Westfield FFA Cup Round of 32 with a convincing 5-0 victory over Men’s State League 1 side Prospect United.

Cindric scored his second of the match early in the second half.

All winners will represent NSW in the round of 32 with the live draw on Fox Sports set to take place on Tuesday, July 28 where the five NSW teams will get the opportunity to face Hyundai A-League clubs as well as opposing state federation teams from across Australia.
