One of the largest Coles stores in the south west region will be a feature of a redeveloped Ingleburn Fair.
And the new centre will even have a new name on completion – it is to be called Ingleburn Village shopping centre.
Following its closure earlier this year there was a long period of inactivity, causing concern in the Ingleburn business community.
But the redevelopment of Ingleburn Fair is now well and truly under way.
And not only that, but a floor plan and artist’s impressions which have now become available give a sneak peek into how Ingleburn Village shopping centre will look on completion.
It has been a long wait for the redevelopment to commence but it may prove to have been worth the wait, say local Ingleburn business people.
The major tenant in the centre will be a full-line Coles supermarket of almost 4,000 square metres of floor space.
According to the leasing brochure, that will make the supermarket the largest Coles north of Campbelltown.
Liquorland will also have a large, 215 square metre store in the Ingleburn Village shopping centre and there will also be a pharmacy.
A brochure released by the leasing agents indicates that there will be 19 stores and two kiosks within the new centre.
The site includes a reasonably large area that is available for future development.
The Ingleburn Business Chamber has Jonathan Dan of Dan Properties Pty Ltd (the owners of the Ingleburn Village centre) scheduled to be their guest speaker at their February 8, 2017 meeting.
There is expected to be a lot of interest in what Mr Dan will be saying at the meeting.
The chamber says Mr Dan’s availability for the meeting will be confirmed in the following weeks, and an email will be sent to members confirming meeting details as soon as they are finalised.
