Casula Powerhouse will once again be the venue for Invest Liverpool Forum next Tuesday.

The Invest Liverpool Forum is back for another year.

A major forum for developers and businesses interested in investing in Liverpool, it will be held at Casula Powerhouse next Tuesday, July 28.

It will be launched by the NSW Minister for Industry, Resources and Energy, Mr Anthony Roberts.

But just before it gets under way at 11.30am, it is believed a major planning announcement for Liverpool will take place.

The mayor, Ned Mannoun, is of course one of the keystone speakers during the forum.

He will also offer the official welcome to those attending before the minister officially launches the 2015 forum.

Mayor Mannoun  will kick off proceedings by talking on “Liverpool trends and opportunities’’.

This will be followed by a panel discussion of investment and property, looking at issues such as planning and growth update, E-planning and city centre planning review.

On the panel this year will be Carolyn McNally, Secretary of the NSW Department of Planning and Environment, Malcolm Gunning, president of the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW), Nerida Conisbee, national director of research at Colliers International and Theo Psychogios, partner at Deloitte.
