Insulation giant CSR Bradford will invest more than $15 million to make its Ingleburn warehouse even bigger.
The company has lodged a development application with Campbelltown Council to expand its current warehouse in Stennett Road by more than 10,000 square metres, as well as extensions to the existing office and carpark.
It is estimated up to 30 new administration and operations jobs will be created by the expansion.
Construction is expected to be complete in early to mid 2020.
Expansion plans have come off the back of increased demand for Bradford’s insulation products and economic growth in the South West Sydney region.
Bradford, which has been operating for more than 80 years, is also keen to demonstrate an ongoing commitment as a key employer within the local community.
