Police have arrested and charged a man following multiple break-ins around West Hoxton during the early hours of today.
Between 12.30am and 3.30am (Wednesday, July 1), a number of homes and garages were broken into on Triaburana Avenue, Perth Close and Carmichael Drive.
Police were called and officers from Green Valley Local Area Command attended the location and commenced an investigation.
A perimeter was established and a police dog deployed.
A short time later a man was located in the rear yard of a home on Ringarooma Close, West Hoxton.
He was arrested and taken to Green Valley Police Station.
The 34-year-old was charged with two counts of aggravated break, enter and steal, one count of aggravated break and enter with intent to commit serious indictable offence and an outstanding warrant for an unrelated matter.
The man was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court.
Police say investigators are continuing to make inquiries.
