A man will appear in court today after more than 7.5kg of prohibited drugs, cash, and luxury watches were located and seized during a Firearms Prohibition Order search.
About 11.40am yesterday (Monday, March 20), officers from the State Crime Command’s Criminal Groups Squad attended a home on The Grand Circuit, Orangeville – about 18km west of Camden to execute a Firearms Prohibition Order search.
During a subsequent crime scene warrant search, officers allegedly located and seized about 3.6kg of cocaine, 1.47kg cannabis, 960g of methylamphetamine, 436g of magic mushrooms, 448g of MDMA, steroids, more than $115,000 cash, a taser, a ballistic vest, drug paraphernalia, mobile phones, and two luxury watches.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at the home and taken to Narellan Police Station.
He was charged with 16 offences, including supply large and large commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, possess/use a prohibited weapon without permit, knowingly deal with the proceeds of crime, supply indictable quantity of cannabis, and fail to comply with a digital evidence access order direction.
He was refused bail to appear at Moss Vale Local Court later today (Tuesday, March 21).
