Global property developer and home builder Sekisui House has launched for the first time in Australia a collection of boutique Shawood terrace style residences in its $930 million The Hermitage, Gledswood Hills master planned community.
Thirty-eight Shawood residences are located in a boutique enclave known as Ravenwood and which is at the southern end of the picturesque estate.
Craig Barnes, sales, marketing and customer relations manager at Sekisui House said: “Ravenwood at The Hermitage is delivering unique and innovative products to the market.
“This is a first time offering of terraces by Sekisui House within its exclusive Shawood range.
“We consider them the jewel in The Hermitage’s crown.
“All of the hallmarks synonymous with a Shawood home are featured within the Ravenwood precinct, including superior aesthetic finishes, organic design principles and high quality craftsmanship.
“They have been thoughtfully designed to cater to a range of family structures and offered at a price point that should appeal to a broad cross section of purchaser demographics including first home buyers,” Barnes said.
All residences, which are priced from $635,000, qualify for the first home buyer stamp duty exemptions and discounts introduced by the NSW government on July 1.
“First home buyers are expected to be well represented in Ravenwood, taking advantage of the new first home buyers assistance scheme,’’ he said.
“Our Shawood offering within Ravenwood demonstrates that a highly architectural featured residence can still be purchased without compromising on price and livability.
