The feedback for Quest for Life Foundation workshops is positive from participants, who describe them as “empowering, well-presented, clear, simple, and easy to understand’’.
The Southern Highlands based foundation brought its first workshop to Campbelltown earlier this year.
If you wanted to attend but for some reason couldn’t, don’t worry, a second workshop – Your Life Matters – is on later this month.
It will be held in the Campbelltown Catholic Club on Saturday, May 23.
Quest for Life Foundation is inviting members of the community across Macarthur and the Southern Highlands to attend Your Life Matters, “an empowering, practical one-day workshop that will give participants the opportunity to step out of the busyness of daily life and reconnect with what matters most’’.
The foundation says attendees will learn simple, effective tools and strategies to support their wellbeing, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
For people juggling work, family, or personal pressures, the Your Life Matters workshop provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, and learn practical ways to live well.
“Taking time out is not a luxury, it’s essential,” says Petrea King, CEO and founder of the Quest for Life Foundation.
“Small, practical changes can make a profound difference to how we experience life.’’
The foundation says participants will learn how to build resilience in the face of challenging circumstances and the importance of self-care and how to integrate it into daily life.
They will also be show how to manage emotions and recognise burnout, and easy ways to incorporate relaxation into everyday routines
