Police are appealing for public assistance to locate this man, who is wanted for breaching a court order.

Patrick Mills, aged 46, is wanted by police for breaching an order imposed by the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

About 6.30pm yesterday (Monday, October 23), Corrective Services NSW contacted police after Mr Mills failed to return home to Campbelltown from scheduled appointments in Sydney CBD.

Police believe Mr Mills may be heading to the Maroubra area.

Mr Mills is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170-175cm tall, with a medium build.

He has short brown hair and blue eyes.

If sighted, members of the community are urged not to approach Mr Mills; instead, they should contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.

♦ In a separate incident, local police are investigating after a man was shot near Camden on the weekend.

About 1.40am on Saturday emergency services were called to Geary Place, Elderslie, where they found a 34-year-old man with a single gunshot wound to his leg.

The man, who was in a stable condition, was taken to Campbelltown Hospital for treatment.

Officers attached to Camden Local Area Command, with the assistance of the Dog Unit, conducted a search of the area however; no one was located.

A crime scene was established at the location.

Anyone with information that may assist investigators is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
