Do you have a voice for radio or do you aspire for an on air career?

An online sports broadcaster in the Macarthur region is looking for “the voice’’ or voices, or even someone with technical skills.

Macarthur Sports Radio (MSR), who are in their first year of operation, is looking for people to join their growing team, to help them cover local sports in the region.

The man behind MSR, Mike Shean, has been working on the project for several months, and is now looking to expand his team, as the busy winter finals season approaches.

Shean, the head broadcaster at MSR, says it’s been an exciting year for MSR, and they’re looking to continue their growth, both in front and behind the microphone.

Shean says he’s looking for people with all sorts of skills to join the MSR team, with commentary and technical roles still available in the fledgling media organisation.

“We’re looking for all sorts of people,” says Mr Shean.

“We’re looking for people who preferably have experience in broadcasting, but we’re happy to have anyone join the team,’’ he said.

“With several years of broadcasting experience, we’re happy to teach anyone who’s keen, or even might just be interested in what is going on,” Mr Shean said.

If anyone’s interested in joining the MSR team, they can head to the website which is www.macarthursportsradio.com or visit their Facebook page: www.facebook.com/macarthursportsradio
