Three specialists in health and wellbeing have come together to hold a seminar in Macarthur.

The Back 2 Basics for your Health and Wellbeing seminar on June 3 will offer simple and practical tips on improving general health and wellbeing.

The featured speakers will be Margaret Lambert, psychologist and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) trainer and award-winning author.

Also Kathleen O’Keeffe, an integrative nutrition health coach, certified simply healed practitioner and Reiki practitioner.

The third is Elyse Comerford, nutritional therapist and integrative nutrition health coach and founder of the Happy Healthy Sexy Mummas Program, which aims to empower mothers to reclaim their health and happiness.

Venue for the seminar is the Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living in Mt Annan.

The organisers say that balancing health and wellbeing in 2015 is a big priority for a lot of people.

There are many conflicting approaches to achieving this balance between health and wellbeing.

“With so many of us caught in the fast lane with the heavy demands of work and family life, achieving this balance is a real challenge,’’ they say.

“Back 2 Basics for your Health and Wellbeing seminar aims to provide some of the ways we can achieve this balance.

“The focus of the event will be on the health of the whole person, with specialist segments on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of our lives that contribute to overall health.’’

Those who attend on June 3 will receive useful take-aways consisting of practical information and strategies that they can begin to incorporate into their lives.

“We have launched this event very successfully in Darwin, and are all very excited to bring it to Sydney,’’ says Elyse Comerford.

“There will be healthy snacks and goodies to take home, as well as an opportunity to chat with the speakers.’’
