Three teenagers aged 13, 14 and 17 who allegedly terrorised the occupants of two Denham Court houses and stole a woman’s car have been arrested and charged overnight.

All three have been refused bail to appear in Campbelltown Children’s Court today.

Police allege that at around 3am yesterday an Audi Q7 was stolen from a home on Montefiore Avenue, West Hoxton.

The stolen Audi parked on Brooklime Street, Denham Court, about 4.40am, and the occupants, armed with a machete, a knife, and a firearm got out and approached a nearby home, waking the occupants.

A firearm was allegedly pointed at an occupant through a window before the group fled in the stolen Audi.

A similar incident also allegedly occurred a short time later at a home on Wollahan Avenue, Denham Court, where the group left the scene in the same vehicle.

About 5am a 22-year-old woman was reversing her VW Golf out the driveway of a home on Macksville Street, Hoxton Park, when two assailants, one armed with a firearm and the other with a knife, threatened her.

The woman got out of the car which was driven away by the assailants, followed by the Audi.

The woman was not injured.

Having been alerted, police officers patrolling Hoxton Park sighted the Audi travelling on Hoxton Park Road just after 8am.

A pursuit was initiated after the Audi failed to stop.

It will be further alleged that at the intersection of North Liverpool Road and Meadows Road, Heckenberg, the Audi reversed into the front of a fully marked police vehicle causing minor injuries to a male sergeant.

The Audi drove east along North Liverpool Road where the pursuit was terminated for safety reasons.

Police located the vehicle abandoned at the intersection of Sims Place and Bowtell Avenue, St Johns Park.

Following a search with the assistance of the PolAir and the Dog Unit, three teens aged 17, 14, and 13 were arrested at Chisholm Park. The trio set to appear in court today will face charges of:
