This being the first of many articles that I will write for the South West Voice about the local property market, I feel it only appropriate that I introduce myself.
My name is Paul Marantz and I’m a sale’s agent with McGrath Estate Agents based at McGrath’s Camden office.
In future articles I will be sharing my expertise in real estate and discussing topics such as buying and selling in the current real estate market.
Eric Kontos and I are thrilled to have the opportunity to inform the people of Sydney’s South West about what’s happening in their market.
As a local resident, I am passionate about the Macarthur area and believe it’s a wonderful region to live in and raise a family, and to think that it is only 56km outside of the Sydney CBD!
At the moment we are seeing strong growth in the area with no signs it will slow down any time soon.
We are already witnessing new infrastructure being built to accommodate this huge growth.
Narellan Town Centre’s extensions are under way, Macarthur Square has been given the nod for a $240 million expansion and Oran Park Town continues to grow with 27 specialty stores.
Campbelltown has plans for more than 10,500 new high rise apartments from its CBD to Macarthur station over the next 20 years and with government plans to construct a second airport at Badgerys Creek and a new rail link already servicing some of our new suburbs, the future for the South West region of Sydney looks very bright.
