Two women and a man face charges of supplying drugs at the 2019 Secret Garden Music Festival at Camden.
And more than 20 other people face drug and other offences and will have to appear in court next month.
Nine people were issued Criminal Infringement Notices, four cannabis cautions were issued and seven people were ejected for intoxication.
The festival, a two-day event at Brownlow Hill Loop Road, was held over Friday and Saturday and attracted an estimated crowd of more than 4,000 people.
Officers from Camden Police Area Command, with assistance from officers from Campbelltown, Liverpool City, and Fairfield City along with South West Metropolitan Region Licensing and the Dog Unit, established a high-visibility operation at the Secret Garden Music Festival to target anti-social behaviour, alcohol-related crime and liquor licensing legislation.
Two women were charged with drug supply during day one of the festival, when police conducted 109 vehicle searches and a total of 300 people were searched, with 40 drug detections for MDMA (ecstasy), cocaine and cannabis.
Fifteen people were issued criminal infringement notices, and police issued cannabis cautions to 16 people.
Ten people were issued Field Court Attendance Notices for possessing a prohibited drug and supplying a prohibited drug.
They are all due to appear at Picton Local Court on March 28.
A 27-year-old ACT woman was charged with two counts of supplying a prohibited drug and two counts of possessing a prohibited drug after being searched and allegedly located with MDMA tablets and cocaine.
A 32-year-old Croydon woman was charged with four counts of supplying a prohibited drug, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug, and possessing a prescribed restricted substance.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on March 26.
On the second day of the operation there was a total of 25 drug detections for MDMA, LSD and cannabis.
A 22-year-old Darlington man was arrested about 3.30pm after allegedly being found in possession of 32 LSD tabs, three tablets believed to contain dexamphetamine, and a capsule believed to contain MDMA.
He was taken to Narellan Police Station and charged with supplying a prohibited drug and two counts of possessing a prohibited drug.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on March 26.
A further 12 people were issued Future Court Attendance Notices for drug offences and are due to appear at Picton Local Court on the same day.
