Work will start next year on The Greens Gledswood Hills – a top shelf social and entertainment venue that will have something for everyone.

It will be the first of its kind in Macarthur and the South West region and indeed in the whole of Sydney, say Wests Group Macarthur about their newest project

Once opened The Greens Gledswood Hills will offer a Greg Norman designed nine-hole golf course and driving range, boutique dining area, classy sports bar, outdoor terrace and other first class club facilities with brilliant views of the driving range and golf course.

And all of it will be right here in the new heart of the Macarthur and South West Sydney region.

Wests Group Macarthur CEO Tony Mathew explains the appeal of this new venue: “This driving range is like combining a bowling alley with the target of archery in a relaxed social atmosphere.

“Guests will be able to enjoy a platter of food, perhaps a bucket of beers with a group of friends and let the games begin,’’ Mr Mathew said.

He says The Greens will appeal to a wider audience than your average golfing enthusiasts.

“From our research, 70 percent of people who will use this facility will not have played golf before,’’ Mr Mathew said.

“It’s appealing to a whole different market.’’

The Greens will offer an abundance of new facilities; dining with a focus on share platters, a sports lounge complete with big screen and large balconies to take in the beautiful view.

There will also be a selection of boutique and international beers, ciders, wines and premium spirits.

With approval now in place, the next stage for the Greens is the finalisation of the design, costings and the appointment of a builder.

Work is expected to start in 2019.
