Police have launched an appeal to find this man. Leonard Lovelace, aged 69, was last seen on Glendower Street, Gilead, near Rosemeadow, about 5pm on Tuesday, November 14.
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police say there are serious concerns for Mr Lovelace’s welfare due to his age and medical condition.
Mr Lovelace, pictured, is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm-175cm in height, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police said he was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt, a red/blue coloured jacket, tan coloured pants, black shoes, and a brown hat.
It is known that he has his right arm in a sling.
