Satori Self Development will be running a mindfulness meditation course in Narellan over eight weeks from May 3.
The aim is to learn basic concepts about mindfulness meditation and gain meditative experiences doing regular practice of mindfulness meditation.
The course provides an entry level to people who have little or no experience in meditation.
Brief, to the point concepts will be presented prior any meditation practice.
However, the emphasis is on “experiencing meditation”.
This is done through self exploratory and guided meditation.

The purpose of this course is to establish a mindful foundation in your everyday life, according to spokesperson for Satori Self Development.
