Four people were injured following a serious two-vehicle crash at Cataract yesterday.
Shortly before 2pm emergency services rushed to Picton Road, Cataract, after a white Camry and a white 4WD collided.
The female driver of the Camry was airlifted to Liverpool hospital for treatment.
The male passenger was also taken to hospital.
The male driver and the female passenger of the 4WD also required hospitalisation.
• A man has been taken to hospital with leg, head and arm injuries after an incident at Campbelltown last night.
About 5.10pm emergency services were called to Warby Street, after reports a man was injured.
Upon arrival, police located a 23-year-old man in the street with injuries to his ankle, head and lacerations to his arm.
Officers attempted to assist the man, when he became aggressive and capsicum spray was used in an effort to subdue him.
The man was treated by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital.
Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
• Police are investigating after cannabis plants and a hydroponics setup were discovered in a home, following a fire at Tahmoor last night.
Just before 11pm Fire & Rescue NSW fire-fighters requested police assistance at a house fire on Remembrance Drive.
After the fire was extinguished, a number of cannabis plants and a hydroponics set-up were located within the home.
No one was injured during the incident.
Officers from Camden Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene, which will be examined by specialist forensic officers.
Investigations are continuing and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
