A forum on August 19 will seek to improve service delivery to local people with a disability.

A forum aimed at improving services to local people with disabilities will be held next week.

Campbelltown City Council, in partnership with Macarthur Disability Services, will host the 2016 Open Access Forum.

It will be held next Friday, August 19 in the Greg Percival Community Centre, Ingleburn.

The forum will bring together representatives from a wide range of local disability and ageing services.

They will hear the stories of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders, along with members of our community with disability and their carers.

The aim of the forum is to try to identify service gaps and improve local service delivery.

Participants will also take part in an interactive workshop aimed at encouraging open sharing of ideas and feedback.

Morning tea will be provided.
