Menangle Park, Dahua Group Australia’s (DGA) new master planned community will offer prospective buyers “land’’ of opportunity ahead of its first lot release.
Responding to the overwhelming demand for housing in Sydney’s South West after the success of its New Breeze development in Bardia – which became one of the fastest selling developments in the region, DGA will launch release one of Menangle Park next month as part of the 4,000-dwelling community.
The release will consist of about 30 lots of various sizes.
Infrastructure investment in Campbelltown-Macarthur includes extension of the South West Rail Link and the new North-South Rail Link connecting Macarthur station to the Western Sydney Airport.
Further down the track will be the equally important Outer Sydney Orbital and the proposed Spring Farm Parkway, an arterial road linking Menangle Park residents to the Hume Highway.
The increase in population in South West Sydney is being supported by the development of the employment stimulus and infrastructure that is expected to result from Western Sydney Airport and the emergence of Parramatta as Sydney’s second CBD.
The government forecasts say there will be 300,000 new residents, 110,000 new dwellings and 22,000 new jobs by 2031 in South West Sydney, make it a major employment and residential hub.
Campbelltown City Council’s general manager, Lindy Deitz says: “I look forward to welcoming new residents to share the region’s great future.

Residents of Menangle Park will also be treated to 41 hectares of total usable open space comprised of local parks, district parks, and sports fields and bicycle tracks.
