Bonnyrigg White Eagles suffered a 3-0 loss at home to Rockdale City last night.

The visitors led 1-0 at the break before scoring twice more in the second half to pick up the three premiership points from the round 11 clash.

A dejected Bonnyrigg coach Brian Brown said Rockdale were deserved winners.

“It wasn’t one of our best (performances) tonight, after the first 15 minutes I thought they dominated us,” he said.

“They worked really hard and deserved what they got.

“At the moment we have a lot of injuries with a pretty small squad so we have to find who is available and work with it.”

• At Marconi Stadium, the Stallions went down 1-0 to South Coast Wolves in the battle of the cellar dwellers.

A late goal to Peter Simonoski was the difference but it was a dreadfully unlucky way for the Stallions to lose after probably having the better chances of the game.
