The home in Juliet Close, Rosemeadow where two people were killed and a third critically injured just after midnight on Saturday night is nestled in a peaceful, quiet suburban street.
It runs off Romeo Crescent and is a short walking distance from the local primary school, and the shopping centre.
Now Juliet Close is the focus of a major police investigation as detectives try to connect the pieces together from an assault that resulted in the deaths of three people.
Two are believed to be the parents, a 65-year-old woman who died at the scene, and a 64-year-old man died in Liverpool Hospital from the horrific injuries he suffered inside the family’s Juliet Close home.
A 25-year-old man also found dead in a granny flat was the third victim and believed to be the son of the two older deceased victims.
There was a fourth person attacked, a 30-year-old man who was injured. He was also, police believe, the person who called emergency services at around 1.30am.
He was taken to Liverpool Hospital and has since been released.
About an hour after paramedics and police arrived at the grisly scene inside the home, a silver sedan arrived at the scene.
Police arrested the 32-year-old male driver, and took him to Campbelltown Police Station.
Superintendent Grant Healey, Commander of the Campbelltown City Police Area Command addressed the media just after 11am on Sunday and confirmed everyone involved in the assault were members of the same family.
The 32 year old man arrested, identified as Jacky Amazing Feng, has been charged with three counts of murder and one of attempted murder.
He was refused bail to appear before Campbelltown Local Court today (Monday, May 4).
