Police are appealing to the public for assistance following a serious multi-vehicle crash near Narellan Vale on Saturday night.
Police say a Toyota Camry allegedly travelling north in the southbound lanes of the Camden Bypass and a Subaru Impreza travelling south in the southbound lanes collided around 11.15pm.
A Daihatsu, also travelling south, then hit the Subaru before rolling and coming to rest on the other side of the road.
The Toyota driver, a 19-year-old man, was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital with facial injuries.
The Subaru driver, a 51-year-old woman, was also taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition with suspected spinal injuries.
The driver of the Daihatsu, a 22-year-old woman, was treated at the scene before being taken to Campbelltown Hospital with facial injuries.
Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced and investigation.
Police are appealing for anyone with information or who may have dashcam footage of the incident to contact police.

A woman has died in hospital after a crash at Picton when a Ford Falcon XR6 and a Harley Davidson motorcycle collided on February 28 on the intersection of Picton Road and Wilton Park Road.
The rider, a 56-year-old man, and the pillion passenger, a 47-year-old woman, suffered multiple injuries after being thrown from the bike.
They were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
On Saturday (March 6), the woman died in hospital.
The driver, a 19-year-old man, was not injured. He was charged at the time and remains before the courts.
