Six teenagers, including a 13 year old boy, have been arrested and charged following a fight on a rooftop carpark of a shopping centre at Liverpool overnight.
Police were called to the centre on Macquarie Street about 8.30pm after reports of a brawl involving up to 50 people.
Officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command moved to disperse the crowd; however, OC spray had to be deployed when individuals allegedly threatened police.
Six youths were arrested and taken to Liverpool Police Station where they were charged.
A 13-year-old boy from Ashcroft has been charged with assaulting police, and failing to comply with direction.
A 16-year-old youth from Busby has been charged with affray, threaten violence/cause fear, and failing to comply with direction.
A 16-year-old youth, from Heckenberg has been charged with assaulting police, resist/hinder police and fail to comply with direction.
A 17-year-old youth from Heckenberg has been charged with affray, threaten violence/cause fear, failing to comply with direction, and resisting police.
A 17-year-old youth from Ashcroft has been charged with affray, and threaten violence/cause fear.
They have all been granted conditional bail to appear in a children’s court on February 3.
An 18 year old man from Ashcroft has been charged with affray, threaten violence/cause fear, and failing to comply with direction.
He’s been granted conditional bail to appear in Liverpool Local Court on February 6.

In a separate incident, Camden police are appealing for public assistance after three Thirlmere stores were broken into.
The first attempt took place around 4am yesterday (Thursday) when a man tried to break into a store in Westbourne Avenue.
When he could not get in, the man then walked over to Oak Street and broke into two separate businesses, stealing cash and documentation.
Officers from Camden Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, police have released CCTV images, pictured below, of a man who may be able to assist with their investigation.
He has been described as between 173-188cm tall, between 80-90kg, had his face covered and was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper, grey tracksuit pants and blue or black running shoes.
