Campbelltown comradery will be at its best today when local businesses unite in support of Aussie farmers.

The Frost Road barbecue from 11.30am will be hosted by Icon Visual Marketing with thanks to The Big Bite Café.

All of the companies on Frost Road, Campbelltown have been invited to come along, with all proceeds going to the Buy a Bale Appeal.

Sausages on a roll along with a can of drink will be sold for $5.

Frost Road, which runs off Badgally Road on the western side of the railway line, contains a wide variety of businesses that will all unite to help the farmers.

Not only will the barbecue be a good opportunity to support a worthy cause, it will also set the stage for a social afternoon shared by workplace neighbours.

“Some of our staff have been personally affected by the drought so this is an issue that is very close to our hearts,’’ says Icon Visual Marketing managing director Joe Papadatos.

“This is our way of doing our bit for the farmers and also enjoying a warm spring afternoon with our neighbours,” Mr Papadatos said.

The event is open to anyone who would like to come along and no RSVP is required.
