The initial concept plans for a new water play park at Curry Reserve in Elderslie are now available for residents to view.
Input from residents gathered during consultation in May last year has been used to guide the preliminary plans.
The play park is one of a suite of new parks to be developed in 2018, including the brand new youth and recreational play spaces at Harrington Park and Currans Hill.
The project includes toilets, new paths, parking, shelter upgrades and water play facilities.

This Wednesday, January 24, join local author John R Bicknell at 6.30pm in Camden Library as he introduces his new book, Twelve Years in ‘Care’: A British Child Migrant’s Story.
Part of the library service free author talk series, Bicknell will recount his experiences as part of the “unwanted generations’’, more than 15,000 boys and girls who “volunteered’’ to migrate from the United Kingdom to many colonies of the then British Empire, including Australia, between the 1860s and 1960s.

Local children can learn about computer coding as part of a new program to be run from Narellan Library.
Code Club will be held after school, giving students the opportunity to create and code simple programs and games.
Children aged 9 years to 14 years can invent, imagine, create and collaborate as part of this weekly technology club.
Classes will be held 4pm-5pm each Monday, from February 12 during the school term.
