Liverpool residents can celebrate the joy of living in The Great South West by taking pictures of what they love most about the area and entering #TheGreatSouthW photographic competition.
Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun has welcomed the competition saying it’s a wonderful opportunity to highlight the features and personalities that make The Great South West area such an appealing place to live.
“There are many things that are great about Liverpool – our people, our schools, our local businesses and the natural areas we are fortunate to have on our doorstep,” he said.
“The aim of The Great South West brand is to show the wonderful things that we are proud of in Liverpool.
“This competition allows Liverpool residents to share the things they love about the city.
“Photos can be picturesque, fun or artistic, and highlight the fantastic people or places in the Liverpool area.
“The sky is the limit, and I encourage the community to get creative and capture their favourite things about Liverpool.
