Learn the latest tricks and tips on all things technology at Camden Libraries’ tech workshops this month.

Residents aged over 17 years are eligible to book their place at the Oran Park Library.

Microsoft Office and Windows 10 basicswill be available on Saturday, 19 June, 10am-2pm, in the Panorama D Learning Room ($20 per person, with bookings essential).

The iPad hints and tips workshop will be on Saturday, 26 June and Saturday, 3 July, 10am-2pm, in the Panorama D Learning Room (also $20 per person with bookings essential).

Mayor of Camden, Cr Theresa Fedeli (pictured above), said the workshops offered residents a chance to learn how to use some of the latest technology.

“Technology moves so quickly and keeping up to date with the latest trends or even just getting a refresher on how to use programs can be a real help to many people,” Cr Fedeli said.

“Computers and tablets are used daily in most jobs now while they have also become quite beneficial for keeping in touch with family and friends in particular during the Covid times.

“I am proud to see Camden Libraries hosting these workshops for our residents. I encourage those who would like to learn more about using an iPad or other programs to book their place in one of their sessions.”
