An elderly woman has died following a crash involving three vehicles near Campbelltown late yesterday afternoon.
Just before 5pm emergency services were called to Raby Road, near the corner of Mustang Drive, Raby, where a three-vehicle crash involving a Ford Falcon, a Mazda 3 and a Toyota Corolla had taken place.
Officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command attended the scene and found the driver of the Toyota, a 70-year-old woman with serious injuries.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, the woman died at the scene.
The drivers of the other vehicles, two men aged 19 and 20, were taken to Liverpool Hospital for mandatory testing, but were not injured.
A crime scene was established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is under way.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.

In a separate incident, an investigation is under way following a fail-to-stop crash that left a girl injured near Liverpool overnight.
Police were told a 10-year-old girl was crossing the road at traffic lights along Hoxton Park Road near Guill Avenue around 7pm, when she was hit by a vehicle and knocked onto the roadway.
It is alleged the driver had travelled through the intersection against a red light.
The vehicle, described as a black Audi SUV, continued west along Hoxton Park Road. The driver did not stop to offer assistance.
The girl was taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital in a stable condition with possible leg and hip injuries.
Officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
