At just $10 a ticket, a three way musical concert in Campbelltown on July 3 may be the best entertainment value going anywhere in outer South Western Sydney.
Performing will be Campbelltown-Camden District Band, along with the South West Sydney Orchestras, and – wait for it – all the way from the USA, the Long Island Youth Orchestra.
Campbelltown-Camden District Band says it’s proud to host such an extraordinary evening of music as part of an international cultural exchange.
“This special event highlights the importance of musical exchange and community engagement, and we invite everyone to come and be inspired by the next generation of talented musicians,’’ a band spokesperson said.
“Joining the celebration of music and community spirit are our local favourites, the South West Sydney Orchestras, making this a truly memorable three-ensemble collaboration.
“This one-night-only concert will take place at The Cube, Campbelltown Catholic Club, and promises a diverse program showcasing the talent and passion of musicians from both sides of the globe,’’ the band spokesperson said.
“Audiences can expect a vibrant mix of classical, contemporary, and popular works, demonstrating the unifying power of music.’’
