The inaugural Eureka – the world’s richest harness race – was launched last year at Club Menangle.

When it is held again in 2024, on Saturday, September 7, Jessica Mauboy, one of Australia’s most celebrated and loved entertainers, will be the headline act.

The second running of harness racing’s biggest event of the year will showcase Australia’s best three and four-year-old Australian-bred pacers in an exhilarating 2300m slot race.

Jessica Mauboy will add to the carnival atmosphere as Menangle becomes the place to be on September 7.

“I am looking forward to The Eureka harness race and am excited to be performing at Club Menangle this September,” said the multiple ARIA award winning, R&B-pop artist, songwriter and actress.

Mauboy will also deliver The TAB Eureka trophy as part of the official formalities on the night.

Her impressive body of work includes six Top 10 albums and 16 Top 20 singles, over 200 million streams globally, two ARIA awards, 21 platinum and nine gold accreditations.

Racegoers will also be tempted by the tastes of the popular Aussie Night Markets street food vendors, encouraged to dress to impress for the Fashions on the Field competition, and be entertained throughout the night with a trackside DJ and roving entertainment.

“We are excited to build on the momentum of last year’s event which recorded the largest crowd at Club Menangle since our opening 16 years ago,’’ says Club Menangle chief executive officer Bruce Christison.

“We encourage guests to book early as hospitality sold out last year and we expect this year’s event to be even bigger.

“We can’t wait to welcome Jessica Mauboy to Menangle for what is promising to be an unmissable occasion of world-class harness racing and entertainment.”

Hospitality experiences are available offering an array of options to make the most of The TAB Eureka experience.

From fine dining at the Miracle Mile Restaurant to the lively Lawn Marquee Cocktail Party, there’s something to suit everyone’s taste.

General admission tickets start from only $10 and are available at clubmenangle.com.au
