The last South West Sydney Orchestras concert for the year, Tales and Travels, is by all accounts perfect for families and music lovers of all ages.
Especially for those that would like to mark the end of 2024 and be transported by the joy of music.
Tales and Travels will take the audience on an adventure through captivating melodies and lively dance rhythms.
Experience the magic of Jurassic Park, the charm of Hansel and Gretel, and the vibrant energy of pieces like Wellerman, Bavaria, and Lord of the Dance.
And then there’s also this production’s fun surprises like Chicken in the Kitchen.
This special end of year event will also showcase the extraordinary musical talent from our community, featuring collaborations with students from St Patrick’s College and the South West Sydney Philharmonic.
Tales and Travels promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with performances that evoke adventure and imagination.
“Our diverse program of musical pieces aims to inspire and entertain audiences of all ages, highlighting the incredible talent within our community and the positive impact of music education,’’ says a spokesperson for the Orchestras.
As part of the show a raffle will be held to raise funds for Turning Point.
