
Local organisations, groups and businesses can now apply for up to $2000 in grant funding to support community activations and programs delivered in the Campbelltown local government area.
The Campbelltown Cares grants program will support applicants in creating initiatives that foster connection, wellbeing, community safety and social cohesion as outlined in Council’s Community Strategic Plan 2025-2035.
“Our Campbelltown Cares Community Grants are a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with our community and reinforce our commitment to the objectives in our Community Strategic Plan,” says Mayor of Campbelltown Darcy Lound.
“I encourage everyone to get involved in this latest round of grant funding and apply to bring their community-focused ideas and activities to life,” Cr Lound said.
The outcomes the grant program is aiming for include:
Strengthened social cohesion and inclusion across the Campbelltown LGA.
Improved service accessibility for residents in the Campbelltown LGA.
Enhanced wellbeing for those who live, work, study and play in the Campbelltown LGA.
Safer environment for all in the Campbelltown LGA.
Enhanced respect and support for First Nations people and culture.
Increased opportunities for safe, affordable housing in the Campbelltown LGA.
Grant applications are open now and close on Friday, April 17.
