Police have released CCTV vision and are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery in Campbelltown late last year.
The CCTV includes a video (see below for link) and a still image of one person of interest, above.
Police say that just after 3.40pm on Wednesday (December 27, 2023), police were called to an address on Chamberlain Street, Campbelltown, following reports of an armed robbery.
On arrival, officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command spoke to two men – both aged 20 – at the scene.
Police were told that another group of two men – armed with machetes – had allegedly entered the address before fleeing with a number of items in a red Kia sedan.
There were no reports of injuries.
Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstance surrounding into the robbery.
As inquiries continue, detectives would like to speak with two men, who may be able to assist police with their inquiries.
The first man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185cm tall, of medium build.
The second man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of slim build.
