Speakers seek to inspire young people to Stand Tall

Australia’s largest youth wellbeing event, Stand Tall, will be held in South Western Sydney for the first time.  The 2024 Stand Tall  will be held in Liverpool Catholic Club on October 30 and 31. Stand Tall is a not-for-profit organisation that was founded by three mothers in response to the troubling statistics of youth suicide, drug and alcohol use, self harm, depression and anxiety. The event features inspirational messages from a variety of speakers, and aims to act as a springboard that sparks important conversation between students, teachers and parents. In addition, the vision behind these events is to equip young people with the tools to succeed in life, belief in themselves and build important qualities like resilience.
