
A man died at the scene after his motorbike and a car collided near Ingleburn last night.
Police say that emergency services were called to the Hume Motorway, Ingleburn, following reports of a crash about 9pm.
Officers attached to Campbelltown Police Area Command attended and found a motorbike and car had collided in the northbound lane, near the Campbelltown Road exit.
The male motorbike rider died at the scene. He is yet to be formally identified but is believed to be aged in his 50s.
The 27-year-old male driver of the car was uninjured and taken to Campbelltown Hospital for mandatory testing.
A crime scene was established and police, with the assistance of the Crash Investigation Unit, commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.

Police are appealing for assistance to locate this teenage girl reported missing. Matilda Wilde, aged 15, was last seen on Queen Street, Campbelltown, about 5pm on Wednesday, February 12.

When she could not be located or contacted, police were notified yesterday (February 25), where officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command have commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Matilda is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, thin build, with medium length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a blue singlet and black leggings.
She is known to frequent Camden, Campbelltown, Mt Druitt, Southern Highlands, Blacktown, and Penrith areas.
