Police appeal for help to find missing 13 year old

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from South Western Sydney.

Savhanna Kemp, aged 13, was last seen leaving a home on Silverwood Street, Gregory Hills, about 5.40pm last night (Friday, July 14).

When she failed to return home and could not be contacted, officers attached to Camden Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and a medical condition.

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 145cm and 155cm tall, of a thin build, blue eyes and long blonde hair.

Savhanna was last seen wearing a grey coloured tracksuit and is known the frequent the Campbelltown, Gregory Hills, Narellan and Camden areas.

Anyone with information of her whereabouts is urged to contact Narellan police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Police have addressed the media as investigations are continuing into a truck crash in Campbelltown in the early hours of this morning.

About 5am (Saturday, July 15), emergency services were called to Gilchrist Drive, Campbelltown, following reports of a crash.

On arrival, officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command found a truck, believed to be stolen, had crashed into a fence and a parked car.

The driver of the truck had left the scene before police arrived. No injuries have been reported.

A crime scene has been established and investigations are continuing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
