One of our own crowned 2025 Miss Galaxy Australia

Meet Brooke Murray, a Narellan Vale exercise physiologist who has been crowned Miss Galaxy Australia 2025.

The award is conferred by Australia Galaxy Pageants, which was founded in 2011.

Miss Murray works full-time as an exercise physiologist, specialising in treating clients with permanent and severe disabilities.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health science (sport and exercise science) and a master’s degree in clinical exercise physiology before going on to establish her current career in allied health. 

Miss Murray first experienced the Australia Galaxy Pageants (AGP) system as a fresh-faced 19-year-old.

After falling in love with the values and sisterhood of AGP, she returned in her final year of Miss eligibility with a wealth of experience, purpose and drive to achieve her dream of being crowned Miss Galaxy Australia 2025.

She is a passionate advocate for invisible illness awareness and research, driven by her lived experiences both personally and professionally.

Miss Murray wants to increase health literacy and decrease stigma surrounding these conditions whilst creating a supportive community for fellow #spooniewarriors to connect and relate.

She actions this through sharing and creating informative resources, conveying her story and experiences across multiple media platforms, fundraising for charities funding important research and education programs.

She has also raised over $20,000 for various charities aiding health-related foundations and at-risk populations.

And she coordinated an all-abilities program for kids with various physical, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities through a local dance studio, where they were able to shine, be part of a team and achieve through the power of performing arts.

“I cannot wait to expand my philanthropic efforts as Miss Galaxy Australia,’’ she said.
