Campbelltown’s newest master planned community, Menangle Park, is set to transform vast tracks of land previously used for farming into a parkland town on the banks of the Nepean River.
The Chinese developer behind the new population centre south of Campbelltown, Dahua Group Australia (DGA), has announced that it has finally opened a land sales office on site.
DGA says Menangle Park offers future residents “an abundance of outdoor lifestyle opportunities as well as easy access to a future town centre, community facilities, recreational walking and cycling tracks, picnic and barbecue facilities, outdoor fitness stations and new schools’’.
“The plethora of open spaces will encourage movement, social opportunity and connectivity amongst neighbours and the local community at large,’’ says the company in a media release issued last week ahead of the sales office launch.
“In addition, the proposed $10 million redevelopment of Club Menangle, which is expected to see the venue transform into a huge entertainment precinct, is well under way and will see the new Horse and Jockey Inn open in December, further enhancing Menangle Park’s liveability and local entertainment options for its residents.’’
The company says around 150 land lots were sold ahead of the launch of the new sales office.
“The new land sales office will also add to the exciting experience of searching for that dream home, with potential buyers treated to a comfortable, sophisticated buying experience and an enormous playground for the kids,’’ says DGA.
“Furthermore, buyers will have the opportunity to navigate the variety of blocks and house and land packages on offer using highly innovative technology.’’
Major works planned for the area include the new South West Rail Link and North-South Rail Link – connecting Macarthur station to the Western Sydney Airport, in addition to the future Outer Sydney Orbital and the proposed Spring Farm Parkway extension, which will see a planned arterial road linking Menangle Park residents directly to the Hume Highway.
Says Sasha Cross, sales and marketing director: “We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new onsite land sales office to complement the development of our exciting community.
“In South West Sydney we are experiencing a new generation of government infrastructure development which has been strategically thought out to coincide with the release of new residential land.
“Menangle Park is one of south western Sydney’s
most anticipated residential communities and benefits from both the local
infrastructure plans and its location.
“Our level of investment and commitment to our long-term vision has not changed
and promises exceptional amenity, lifestyle and community assets,’’ Mr Cross said.
On completion the $1.5 billion Menangle Park master planned community located 10 minutes from Campbelltown city centre, will span 364 hectares and is expected to deliver more than 4,000 residential dwellings.
The Menangle Park land sales office is located at the intersection of Menangle Road and Cummins Road (opposite Club Menangle), and will open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.
