Man dies in single vehicle crash on Hume Highway

A little more than 24 hours after the tragic death of two Campbelltown women at Camden South, a man has died in a single vehicle crash at Pheasants Nest.

 Police say that about 2.30pm yesterday on Sunday (February 15), emergency services were called to the Hume Highway, Pheasants Nest, following reports a vehicle had left the road and crashed.

The driver, a 47-year-old man – was assessed by NSW Ambulance paramedics; however, he died at the scene.

Officers attached Camden Police Area Command established a crime scene.

A report will now be prepared for the information of the Coroner.

Police have revealed they are appealing for any vision as part of a critical incident investigation into the double fatality at Camden South on Saturday morning.

Members of the public are required to provide a name and contact details when uploading evidence.
