The 17 McDonald’s outlets operating in Macarthur will serve more than dinner when they host the 2026 Charity Fun Night.
A percentage of all sales at dinner time this Wednesday, March 18 will be donated to local youth charity, Youth Solutions.
McDonald’s in Macarthur is a longstanding supporter of the youth drug and alcohol prevention and wellbeing organisation, serving up its support each year to help the community’s young people.
McDonald’s in Macarthur is one of the region’s largest employers of young people, investing in training, skills development, and pathways for future careers.
Owner Peter Meadows, pictured above with members of Youth Solutions, said McDonald’s in Macarthur also plays an active role in supporting initiatives that extend beyond employment, helping to strengthen outcomes for young people across the Macarthur community.
“We are proud to stand alongside Youth Solutions as we share a strong commitment to supporting our local community, prioritising the wellbeing of young people and helping them reach their full potential,” Mr Meadows said.
“McDonald’s in Macarthur is pleased to once again support the important work of Youth Solutions.
“Initiatives like our Charity Fun Night allow us to give back in a meaningful way, and we believe that investing in young people creates lasting benefits for the whole community.”
Youth Solutions CEO Geraldine Dean thanked McDonald’s in Macarthur for once again having Youth Solutions as the Charity Fun Night beneficiary.
“The ongoing support from McDonald’s in Macarthur ensures that Youth Solutions can continue to deliver our crucial drug and alcohol prevention and support services to the young people of the Macarthur and Wingecarribee regions,” Mrs Dean said.
