Urban Real Estate Australia has opened its 14th office in the booming heart of South Western Sydney – Leppington.

“The opening of Leppington will support our offices in Denham Court and Edmondson Park and further accelerates our expansion plans in Sydney’s growth corridors,’’ says Trent Brewer, sales director at Urban Real Estate.

According to property figures from CoreLogic (December 2022), since March 2020, the onset of Covid-19, some areas have experience rapid growth.

In the houses category, Leppington came in at number two with 48.8 percent growth and an annual change of 6.4 percent.

Austral recorded the number one spot with 52.9 percent growth and an annual change of 5.3 percent.

“Leppington is a dynamic well-connected area in Sydney’s rapidly expanding south-west and is home to many young families,’’ Mr Brewer said.

“First home buyers, young families, investors and downsizers are all recognising value in Leppington.

“Future growth plans and its connectivity to major infrastructure makes the area an appealing place to live.”

The Urban Real Estate office opening at Leppington coincides with auction clearance rates continuing to hover around 70 percent as the real estate market heads into its traditionally busiest period.

“Our vision to provide a ‘paddock to property management’ property solution in the areas where we operate is paying dividends,’’ says Mr Brewer.

Urban Real Estate are already sales agents for a number of master- planned communities in South Western Sydney.

“Our new shopfront will help the business continue to service our growing customer base in this region and further nurture existing relationships,’’ Mr Brewer said.

Leppington’s growth is driven by its convenience and accessibility to major infrastructure. There is something that appeals to everyone at different lifecycle stages, whether it is a young family looking for a school or elderly person seeking a seniors’ living environment all within five minutes from home.

“Western Sydney International Airport is also a 20-minute drive away and is already creating opportunities for future employment and property growth, which is a very attractive proposition for our customers,” Mr Brewer said.
