A 15 year old girl is the latest person charged over the death of a man following a brawl outside a home in Ingleburn last year.

The teenager was arrested at Eagle Vale yesterday and taken to Campbelltown Police Station where she was charged with concealing a serious offence.

She was refused bail and appeared via videolink at Parramatta Children’s Court yesterday.

As part of the same investigation, on Wednesday, March 18, a 27-year-old woman was arrested and charged with concealing a serious indicatable offence and accessory after the fact to murder.

She remains before the court.

On Friday, March 20, an 18-year-old man was arrested and taken to Campbelltown Police Station, where he was charged with murder.

The man – who was aged 17 at the time of the incident – also remains before the courts.

Police say the incident occurred on Friday, May 24, 2019.

Just before 9.40pm emergency services were called to Chester Road, Ingleburn, after reports of a brawl involving a large group of people.

The brawl is believed to have begun during a party at a home on Chester Road, before it spilled onto the street.

Upon the arrival of officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command the crowds began to disperse.

An 18-year-old man was located on the roadway with serious head injuries.

He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, who conveyed him to Liverpool Hospital, where he later died.

Detectives from Campbelltown City Police Area Command commenced an investigation resulting in the arrest and charging of two people in May last year for murder.
