Bold Fabulous & Beautiful: empowering women of a certain age

During 15 years of running creative textile workshops, Sandie O’Neill noticed a common thread among women – their conversations were centred not on the creations they made, but on the challenges they faced.

Many women she came across struggled with a lack of confidence and direction in their lives.

Determined to help women rediscover their personal strengths, Ms O’Neill pursued studies in coaching, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness.

She became certified in 3D coaching methods using Lego and weaving to help women in their journey of exploration.

Ms O’Neill says life is full of wonderful opportunities, but too often we stop dreaming and get lost in the grind of everyday life.

Through her one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and coaching, she empowers women to reclaim a sense of purpose and passion, helping them live a life they truly love.

Now Ms O’Neill wants to help many more women in the Macarthur region by joining forces with other like minded women to hold a forum entitled Bold Fabulous and Beautiful at Wests Leagues on Thursday, September 7 between 9.30am and 4pm.

The forum is aimed at women who are approaching or over the age of 50 and who wants to rediscover their inner strength, confidence and zest for life.

A main goal of the forum is to empower women who attend navigate life’s transitions with grace and resilience.

“No matter what challenges you’ve faced, this is your chance to redefine your journey and embrace the endless possibilities that lie ahead.’’

Ms O’Neill will be one of the keynote speakers at the forum.

In her session, Know Your Mind and Its Power to Create Change, she will explore the vital role the mind plays in ageing well, supported by evidence-based research.

Other speakers will include Callaghan Pey, who will talk about how food can change your life, while Debbie Clayton will show women how to Discover the Power of Dru Yoga.
