Modern dolls and bears, toys from yesteryear right through to collectables and antiques will be on display at the 2022 Macarthur Doll Bear and Creative Fair on Sunday week.

Kids of Macarthur one of the region’s favourite charities, who organise the annual event, expect to have around 50 stalls in the venue, Cube at Campbelltown Catholic Club.

They will offer unique crafts, handmade jewellery, clothes and trinkets.

Last year the fair ran with restrictions in place and people were cautious about attending events which meant the turnout wasn’t as good as it usually is.

With most restrictions receding, Kids of Macarthur are hoping this year people from near and far are excited to attend.

“The Doll Bear and Creative Fair is always an exciting event for Kids of Macarthur Health Foundation as it kicks off the fundraising year,’’ says chief executive officer Denise McGrath.

“It’s a very affordable way of bringing the community together as it’s a fun day out for the family with traders, prizes, entertainment, and activities for everyone.’’

This year’s event will include a children’s fancy dress competition.

All kids are invited to attend the fair as their favourite living doll or superhero for the chance to win major prizes worth more than $500. They also get into the fair for free

Every child who enters the competition will receive a gift.

Other features of this fun day include a free gift pack for the first 50 people through the door.

There will be a lucky draw every hour, a major raffle and entertainment throughout the day.
