A music video titled Dharawal has earned Macarthur’s own Jay Seeney a third Golden Guitar award at the 2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival.

The multi award winning O’Shea is a country music artist known for his heartfelt lyrics and commitment to storytelling.

The video is a deeply evocative work celebrating the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the Dharawal lands, which include the Macarthur region.

Dharawal weaves together sweeping landscapes, authentic storytelling, and a poignant homage to Australia’s Indigenous roots.

The result is a visual feast that complements O’Shea’s powerful songwriting, solidifying the pair’s reputation as creative trailblazers in the country music scene.

Seeney’s work on Dharawal continues his legacy of capturing Australia’s cinematic beauty in music video production.

Seeney has directed more than 1,000 music videos across Australia, working with industry heavyweights including Lee Kernaghan, Casey Barnes, and James Johnston.

His company, Blacklist Productions, is widely regarded as the premier video production house for Australian country music.

In addition to his work with artists, Seeney has also collaborated closely with the Tamworth Regional Council as their videography and photography team, capturing the essence of the iconic Tamworth region and its deep connection to country music.

The Golden Guitar win reaffirms Seeney’s position as a driving force in the Australian country music industry, cementing his reputation as the go-to creator for world-class music videos that bring stories to life.
